Community involvement

Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Our P&C is a vital part of the Chipping Norton Public School community. We’re a team of dedicated parents working together with staff to support our children’s learning, wellbeing, and school experience. The P&C helps raise valuable funds for resources, organises fun community events, and gives families a voice in shaping the future of our school.

Getting involved in the P&C is a great way to connect with other families, share ideas, and make a positive impact. Everyone is welcome at our meetings, whether you’d like to contribute a little or a lot – every effort makes a difference!

P&C Meetings

Meetings are held on Wednesday evenings in Week 3 and Week 7 each term.

We’d love for you to join us! Keep an eye on the school newsletter and our Instagram @chippingnortonpublicschool_pc upcoming events – or come along and see what we’re all about.

If you are interested in joining the P&C please fill out the membership form.

Playgroup

Our school playgroup is a fun, friendly space where little ones can learn, play and explore while parents and carers connect with each other. Run by Mums, each week we come together for stories, craft, outdoor play and plenty of laughter. It’s a wonderful way for children to socialise and for families to feel part of our school community right from the start.

Playgroup is open to all preschool-aged children and their carers, and new families are always welcome. Bring along your curiosity, a smile, and be ready to meet other local families.

📅 When we meet: every Thursday, 9:15-11am

💲 Cost: $10 per term contribution

📍 Location: in the School Hall

To be placed on the waitlist please contact the school office and we will call you.
